Not completely happy with your new KIVAA finds? It happens! You can return your items within 14 days of receipt at your own cost. For a return within the Netherlands, you pay a reduced rate of €5.25 through our portal.

Please note: The sender is always responsible for the shipment. Make sure your package is always sent with Track & Trace. KIVAA is not liable for shipments lost in transit.

HOW DO I SEND SOMETHING BACK?

• Register your return: Send an email to kivaa.info@gmail.com to notify us of your return. Include your name and order number.
• Ship without a packing slip: We work sustainably and don't use paper packing slips. Please write your order number clearly on the outside of the package so we can recognise and process your return immediately.
• Keep your proof of return: Keep your proof of return safe until we have fully processed your return.

You will receive an email about the processing and refund within 2 weeks after we receive your package.
